Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in senior management roles and has worked in the UK, Middle East, South East Asia and Australia. Richard’s past 15 years have been spent leading service and recurring revenue businesses in several executive roles.

Richard is currently the CEO of Visionstream, a $1.6b telecommunications service provider. Prior to moving into this role, Richard held the positon of EGM Services for Thiess, for four years.

Before this, Richard spent eight years at Tyco Fire Protection Services, concluding as President & CEO Asia Pacific & the Middle East. He previously held the roles of Tyco’s Managing Director – Australia, New Zealand & Fiji, as well as President and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand.

Richard was recognised by the Institute of Engineers Australia as one of Australia’s top 100 influential engineers in 2010/11.

Andrew Henry has an extensive background in finance and operations management across the energy, water, infrastructure maintenance and telecommunications industries in Australia and overseas.

Over the past 14 years, he has held senior finance and operations roles within Thiess and the CIMIC Group. His expertise includes budgeting and cost control, project management, commercial management and project recovery, forecasting and reporting, enterprise restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, business process re-engineering and strategic planning.

Andrew was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in March 2015, having previously worked as General Manager Finance for Thiess’ Services business and Executive General Manager – Assets for Thiess P/L.

An internationally experienced and highly credentialed senior executive.

Through management roles in Australia, Asia and the Middle East, Jeffrey has developed the ability to adapt to different cultures and situations and can demonstrate a consistent track record in leading successful businesses.

Prior to joining Visionstream, Jeffrey was Executive Manager of Power and Energy for Ventia Pty Ltd.

Prior to these roles, Jeffrey forged a progressive 18 year career with ABB acquiring a breadth of business expertise extending from sales, business development, business operations and general management. After ABB Jeffrey joined Tyco International as General Manager, Wormald Fire System Installations in Australia progressing to an executive position as Vice President and Operations Director, Asia Pacific overseeing Tyco’s Fire and Traffic business throughout the region.

Mark has extensive experience working in large multinational service, manufacturing and contracting organisations, specialising in operational leadership, business development, sales and change management. Mark’s business philosophy has been an enduring desire to challenge the status quo and improve operational intensity – linking customer needs to business outcomes.

With over 30 years of operational experience in diverse industry sectors across Asia-Pacific, including B2B and B2C, Mark comes armed with an ability to create a nimble innovative organisation that moves with the ever changing Telecommunications industry.

Before joining Visionstream, Mark managed the Thiess Services Telecommunications business. Prior to this, he worked for Tyco as Managing Director for the largest electronic security company throughout Asia Pacific.

At Visionstream Mark’s responsibilities consists of managing the Telecommunications business unit across Australia.

Tim has over 26 years experience in various project, business development, general and executive management positions in Australia, Asia and the Middle East, including over 16 years with the CIMIC Group.

Tim has worked in senior and executive management positions in the mining, construction, services and telecommunications sectors. With a strong background in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams, his experience ranges from business start-ups through to divestment, including the establishment of new businesses and joint ventures, strategic and business planning, tendering, business integration and transformation, as well operations and general management.

In his current role, Tim is the General Manager for all contracts delivered for nbn across Australia, where Visionstream has delivered the bulk of the nation’s largest ever infrastructure project as one of nbn’s major delivery partners.

Andrew is a respected leader with 23 Years in the Telecommunications Industry and over 16 years’ experience working with Leighton and Visionstream.

Andrew drives innovation and creativity in all his projects and is constantly looking for ways to improve performance, service delivery and customer satisfaction through effective engagement and sound commercial management.

Richard has extensive experience in human resources and management consulting across mining, manufacturing and energy industries in Australia and overseas.

Over the past 17 years, he has worked with senior leadership teams of large multinational businesses to deliver strategic business and functional turnarounds and transformations, including post-M&A transition and integration.

Richard's forte and passion is working with leaders and their people to create high performing organisations where people are passionate and excited about their work and creating a culture of continuous improvement through use of Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies. Richard joined Visionstream in October 2015.

Fiona has more than 18 years’ experience in providing legal support and advice across the construction and telecommunications industries in Australia.

Fiona is currently the senior lawyer for Visionstream and Deputy General Counsel of Ventia Pty Ltd, Visionstream’s parent company. Fiona manages a team of lawyers who provide commercially astute and pragmatic legal solutions and advice to the business.

Fiona was previously Associate General Counsel of Thiess Pty Ltd. Prior to this, Fiona spent four years providing legal support to the Development division of Brookfield Multiplex and spent many years in private practice.

Gareth has 14 years experience in research and strategy development roles underpinned by extensive operational leadership experience in automotive, resources, financial services and telecommunications industries domestically and abroad.

Gareth's passion and background is to work as a member of senior leadership teams to define vision and strategy and then work with leaders to facilitate the changes to people, systems and processes to deliver on strategic objectives.

Gareth joined Visionstream in August 2016 from Telstra having most recently led Telstra's Wideband delivery organisation. Gareth holds a Bachelor's Degree and Ph.D. In Mechanical Engineering.

Matthew is one of the leading experts in HSE performance-improvement and culture-change globally, having achieved huge results for both Global Fortune500 as well as ASX100 companies. Matthew combines his extensive safety qualifications and experience with his knowledge of business management, communications, human psychology and change management to implement world’s best, behaviour-based, safety culture-change programs for large organisations. Matthew has a track record of building high performance teams to achieve sustainable system excellence, as well as using time tested leadership coaching methods to improve senior manager engagement and competencies. Matthew has led global HSE projects from large scale M&A activities to data management and topic conferences. Matthew is a member of Mensa and the Safety Institute of Australia. Matthew has worked across diverse industry types including Industrial, Power, Manufacturing, Engineering, Utilities, Retail, Wholesale and Construction, and can facilitate high performance safety programs within almost any organisational environment and business model. Matthew has directly led teams of up to 30 people, and functionally led multinational teams of hundreds of dedicated HSE and IM staff spread across the South Asia Region. Additionally Matthew volunteers his time to assist Not for Profit Arts organisations in their safety requirements.

Matthew holds a Graduate Diploma in International HSE Management from Oxford Brookes University in Oxford UK; Adv. Dip. OHS from Australia; and Diplomas in Business, Training, & Communications.

Paul has 25 years’ experience in global technology and telecommunications industries and has spent half his career overseas working in Europe and Asia. Over the last 15 years, Paul has held a number of senior sales and management roles building on strong relationships to grow services businesses across the region.

Paul is currently the GM of sales for Visionstream, a role he commenced in November 2017 after more than four years leading Nokia’s business partnership with Optus.

Prior to returning to Australia in 2013, Paul spent eight years in Singapore in a number of senior sales roles. Most recently as APAC Head of Sales for Silicon Valley based ServiceSource, and prior, for Nokia establishing and growing their managed services business across Asia.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) and a Bachelor of Science (Maths & Computer Science).
